HostIA grew out of a simple observation: HR teams in luxury hospitality stand to gain more from artificial intelligence than almost anyone — yet they remain among the least supported in adopting it. She also brings first-hand knowledge of luxury hospitality, gained on the ground at a five-star property within a major international group — experience that gave her a concrete understanding of the service standards, working rhythms and human realities of the sector.
Following an international career in the world of applicant tracking systems, he founded and led several reference media in the HR ecosystem. A specialist in helping organisations adopt artificial intelligence, he has delivered more than one hundred days of AI training to HR professionals across France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Monaco.
